The problem with the tourism industry is that, by the very nature of the products we offer (and the kind of people we are), we throw our arms - and our front doors - wide open to all comers. But that opens our businesses to abuse, vandalism, theft, fraud and bilking. And that means that when you accept a reservation, you now have to ask “Who IS this guest?” There’s never been a sure way of knowing - until now.
