Aeroken was founded thirty years ago in England. In 1980 the owner, Jacky Langhorn, moved Aeroken to South Africa. Jacky is a founder member as well as a Senior Judge of the German Shepherd Dog Federation of Southern Africa.

Ann Stanley became involved in Chihuahuas in 1970, and was breeding and showing Long Coat Chihuahuas in England. In 1983, upon emigrating to South Africa, the remainder of the Chi's that she still had were relocated to family members. In 1994, she imported a dog and bitch from Carol Ann Davies of the Dachida's Kennel in Stockport, England. The following year another dog and bitch were imported from the same kennel forming the base stock of Ann’s kennel now.

I bought every book I could find on the Aussies, and started to look at various kennels and breeders for my 1st dog.
